Daventry Baby Project

The Daventry Area Baby Project (formally known as The St Martin's Church,Welton Baby Project) has been supporting babies born into challenging circumstances, for the past 11 years. We have adapted well to recent social change and uncertainty. This means we can now reach babies here in the Daventry Area and way beyond.

OUR AIMS ARE: -

To be a compassionate voice responding to the needs of innocent babies and their carers wherever they may be.

To create and supply items for babies matched to those needs using evidence received from local and national voluntary networks.

To inspire our supporters, by sharing our stories of fresh meaning and purpose in our ordinary everyday lives.

To act together, whatever our age and level of skill, whilst enjoying the relaxation of creating items with love and compassion.

THANK YOU NOTES FROM SOME OF OUR SUPPORTERS

"I just wanted to give you a little update on the donations we received from you. So far, I've managed to help 3 families in need. I can honestly say all 3 families were beyond grateful. It is a pleasure to see families smile through hardship. Please thank those that have kindly donated to us."  Kind Regards from Continuity of Care Team Leader Midwife at Northampton General Hospital

A thank You for 4 Baby Baths from a post natal Milk & You representative.  One of these baths was delivered to another refugee family living in a multi occupancy home. They need to move out when baby is born and were so grateful.
